Weapons Involvement ETFs Portfolio Construction Online Course

This online course, provided by Capital Trust Group Limited, instructs participants on the construction of investment portfolios using U.S. listed ETFs that align with the Weapons Involvement ESG theme.

Participation in the use of weapons ETFs can be assessed according on two criteria: Weapons Involvement and Controversial Weapons Involvement. Weapons Involvement is determined by calculating the proportion of a portfolio's market value that is at risk due to investments in companies involved in the production of conventional, biological, chemical, or nuclear weapons systems and components. This encompasses companies that offer assistance systems and services, as well as those with indirect connections to weapons manufacturing through ownership. Controversial Weapons Involvement is determined by calculating the proportion of a portfolio's market value that is at risk due to investments in firms associated with landmines, cluster munitions, biological weapons, chemical weapons, depleted uranium, or nuclear weapons.
