SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA – August 8, 2025 – Capital Trust Group Limited (“CTG”), a pioneering digital bond issuer based in New Zealand, having General Chavalit Yongchaiyudh, the 22nd Prime Minister of Thailand, as one of its shareholders and an honorary advisor, today announces a landmark engagement agreement with Seoul-based supercomputing innovator CoCoLink Corp. (“CoCoLink”) under Capital Trust Group Digital Bond – Project 102 (Ticker: CTDB102).

The agreement designates CTG as the exclusive corporate advisor responsible for sourcing and qualifying institutional investors from Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, and ASEAN markets.

Under the arrangement, upon issuance of CTDB102—an offering of 10 million digital bond tokens priced at USD 10 each (totalling USD 100 million)—net proceeds, after a 2% deduction for transactional costs, will fund CoCoLink’s expansion. Specifically, 70% of the proceeds will be deployed to manufacture a supercomputer, while the remaining 30% will support R&D initiatives, pursuant to Schedule 1 of the agreement.

This strategic alliance aligns CTG’s robust global digital bond expertise—including its groundbreaking USD 105 billion energy transition program endorsed by Thailand’s former SEC Chairman and Cabinet Minister —with CoCoLink’s leading-edge advancements in compact, high-density deep learning solutions. Notably, CoCoLink’s KLIMAX-210 system, developed with Orange Silicon Valley, achieved record-breaking deep learning performance using consumer-grade NVIDIA GTX 1080 GPUs—delivering over 200 teraflops in a single 4U rack unit.
