This may result in you being unable to copy or AutoCopy (or close) a trade from an CTGPRIME member when desired and you may suffer a loss as a result. You agree that in no event should you hold CTGPRIME liable for such incidents or resulting potential or realized monetary loss.

 

Leveraging

A high degree of leverage is obtainable in trading Margin FX contracts because of the small Margin requirements which can work against you as well as for you. The use of leverage can lead to large losses as well as large gains. The impact of leverage is that even a slight fluctuation in the market could mean substantial gains when these fluctuations are in your favour, but that could also mean considerable losses if the fluctuations are to your detriment.

 

Market Volatility

Foreign exchange currency markets are subject to many influences which may result in rapid currency fluctuations and reflect unforeseen events or changes in conditions with the inevitable consequence being market volatility. 

Given the potential levels of volatility in the foreign exchange markets, it is therefore recommended that you closely monitor your positions with your broker at all times. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason; each version will apply to information collected while it was in place. What Information We Collect

Personally Identifiable Information - When you browse the non-password protected portions of our Site, you do so anonymously; no personally identifiable information is collected. 

When you sign up to become a registered user of CTGPRIME, we request that you provide to us your email address, first and last name, country, a username and a password to access our Site. You may also choose to supply trading information (e.g., how long you have been trading, your preferred trading style, etc.) and a profile description (your sex, age etc). This latter information is entirely optional and can be deleted or modified at any time. Once you register with CTGPRIME and sign in to our Site, you are not anonymous to us -- in which case your IP address(es) from which you connect into your profile and pages you visit will also be collected.

As a registered user, you may provide CTGPRIME with the credentials to access your brokerage account (i.e. user ID, password, information necessary to access your account). We will never access your accounts for any other purpose than to retrieve your trading data and provide the services as you have requested. The trading data that is retrieved contains the full trading history of your account(s) (if available), the account's current balance and equity, the name of the account holder, the brokerage company and the server used. 

Should you wish to register as a Signal Provider we request additional pieces of documentation from you: 1) your civil photo, 2) a copy of your national identification document (ID, passport etc.) and 3) a recent utility/ phone bill or credit card statement as a proof of your address.

You can de-activate your linked trading account for any reason and at any time. You can also request to have all of your information deleted and/ or your account (profile) closed.

 

Technical Information & Data Security

We may collect information through cookies or other similar Web tools to enhance the user experience. Cookies are small strings of text that are sent by our Site to your browser on your computer hard drive. Cookies enable us to recognize you when you return to our Site, to maintain your Web session while you browse throughout the Site, as well as help us provide you with a better, more personalized experience. We will not publish any personally identifiable information (e.g., name, email address or contact information) on our Site for others to view, without your permission, unless you choose to post it yourself on the Site. Exception being in the case of validated Signal Providers where their name is published as a measure of trust and security for our other members, especially the Copy Traders.
